I'll make a post listing every episode description and you can reply with how much you will be pledging for each episode you watch. There will also be a live discussion/party post for open for each weekend as we watch it together on Star Trek's YouTube channel. There is no specific date in place. What's good for you?

Our first goal is to raise at least $2258 by September 8, 2009. In the alternate universe presented in Star Trek, the USS Enterprise will launch from Riverside Shipyard in 2258 and Star Trek: The Original Series debuted on NBC September 8, 1966.

The inaugural event will be a weekend of marathon viewing of TOS. You will pledge a dollar amount for every episode you watch, and it will be put toward our $2258 goal. This is a great meet-up opportunity! Comment with your location and when you're available and something can be worked out.

Since this is a fan-driven effort, you get to choose which charity we will support. To start this off, please vote for one of the following organizations listed that have been previously supported by Star Trek-related cast members. The top five will go into the final selection poll.
